how do I?

Totally and without question I am as no tech as they come. I thought I was lo tech but I am worse than even the moniker "lo" can describe. I went to a help area here at this very site trying to find out how to comment on another blog I had read. It was written by Anonymous Chaos and was an angst soaked description of the misery of heartbreak. She is only 20 and I wanted to tell her that what she was calling the low of a life is premature and that even though she can't see it now she has a full life ahead that is full of opportunities and most likely a man that will make her forget this other louse. I found the help area and I guess my question "how do I comment on another blog?" is so basic its not listed and I could not figure out how to further my question after looking at the FAQ's. This is stunting my growth, my communication, my friendship making with other human beings that I could have a viable conversation with. Now I need to go to help to send a message asking how do I send in a question not listed in the "how do I" help area? Well how do I?
